Developing a state

We need different territories that have their own sovereignty over that state, with its own government and unique territory, and that offers different variations of certain things depending on what state you are currently located at. The state process is very important, we need a legal verified state that meets its requirements for it to be considered as one and for the nation to use it like one in Hegismton. For this reason, there are some things that you need to follow.

It is a big responsibility to make a state with all the things to keep up daily and with the meets of it: Knowing how a state works and being able to maintain it stable, making acceptable cities in their state keeping up with the federal laws. For example, these are all the things that you'll have to add to at least qualify is providing the basic survival needs of a human, infrastructure, including education and healthcare systems, and providing safety around the state. You do not hold ultimately power of your state, it is a federal state, which means that the federal government also has control over your country, but that power is divided equally (no necessarily half and half) in processes that you'll have control of and that we have control of too, that means that you can get in trouble for not following the rules and not keeping up with the constitution of Hegismton. Giving it a valid name and a description, registering with the federal government and before making it official, making sure that it fits all the requirements by communicating with us and checking the page "Creating a new city" for the validations of a city, including having a capitol.

To include more detail, getting a stable economy and a healthy environment is a good placement for the state, at least it has to surpass a limit that the federal government considers it valid within at least 2 months of the creation of the state. Citizens have to be healthy and secure with no complains of at least anything of these categories in the first week of the state, with the complain being an acceptable citizen one. Should follow all laws and not copy any other state, but can be inspired, not copying the entire content.
You should give also different events and socializing areas that citizens can feel alive and not in a sense of trapped inside there, providing them with rights of voting and explaining them all the in relation with civics. Giving them national news that can be easily accessible through your country, if available, and similar utilities/services that we provide and that are open to be used in other areas that aren't federally owned, and even access to links or guides that will take them directly there.
