This contract is applied to the businesses who are in need of a general contract called "Form B-300". This form applies specifically only when dealing with a B Permit and falls under the section "The Survival Stage", which specifically states: "If the business passed the 'Survival Stage', they would have to sign a contract.". Under federal regulations, in order for a business to continue with the process, they are required to sign this contract and wait at least 1-week of cooldown, for safety reasons. You will also have to show a valid passport.

'Survival Stage' is considered as one of the most important aspects in the B Permit, for a corporation to complete. If not done properly, or followed by its contract, it can risk every aspect of both parties: The business and the state. Therefor, different requirements are set within the paperwork in order to make it acceptable. Each contract expires once the applicant has finished this stage.

For Pharmacies and Drugstores Establishments: 

An establishment is considered a pharmacies and drugstores place when it is a physical location that specializes in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as providing health-related products and services. (1) As stated before, the primary function of these stablishments is to dispense prescription medications approved by the Federal Government Health Institutions, ensuring the patients receive the correct medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Therefor, you are required to serve medications approved by government. (2) OTC Products: Pharmacies and drugstores offer varierities of over-the-ciunter medications and health-related products, including vitamins, supplements, and personal care items. You are to have all these types of OTC products in your establishment. (3) Pharmacies services are to be trained while working, providing information, counseling, and advice on medications, potential side effects, and drug medication usage. (4) Prescription Services: Patients can drop off and pick up prescription medications at pharmacies, some pharmacies also offer services such as prescription refills and medication synchronization. Depending on the type of business and their goals, you can offer to refill and medication synchronization, you are to place a drop-off and pick-off service too. (5) Pharmacies and drugstores that offer health and wellness products, first aid supplies, health monitoring devices, items related to preventive care, vaccinations and immunizations, personal care products, such as: toiletries, and beauty products, can have the potential to earn bonuses in their establishments.

For Banks and Financial Institutions Establishments:

Offering a physical location that provides financial services to individuals, businesses, and organizations is considered as these type of establishments. (1) These establishments typically offer a range of financial services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, investment products, and various financial instruments. Therefor, these services are required to be present in your establishment. (2) Usually customers can conduct a variety of banking transactions at these places, such as depositing and withdrawing money, applying for loans, opening accounts, and managing their financial portfolios, these transactions are also required to be present in the establishment. (3) Customer Service: Banks and financial institutions typically have customer service representatives to assist clients with inquiries, account management, and problem resolution. You are required to provide representative that give customer service. (4) ATM services are also allowed. (5) Investment services are allowed too, they can offer: brokerage services, mutual funds, retirement accounts, and financial planning. (6) Safety Deposit Boxes are also available to you if you choose to, which customers will store valuable items securely. (7) An extra bonus will be given if banks allow online and mobile interactions: In addition to the physical location(s), banks and financial institutions often online and mobile banking services, allowing customers to manage their finances remotely.

For Automotive Services Establishments:

An establishment is considered an automotive services place when it is a physical location that provides various services related to automobiles, vehicles, and their maintenance. (1) Automotive services places offer repair and maintenance services for vehicles. This includes services such as oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and general mechanical repairs, and by law is required in these types of establishments. (2) Some automotive services places specialize in auto body repairs, addressing issues such as dents, scratches, and collision damage. (3) Many automotive services places perform routine vehicle inspections, checking for safety and compliance with regulatory standards. You should perform on all cars an inspection monthly starting on the date they were sold. (4) These establishments often provide services related to tires, including tire rotations, alignments, and tire replacements, this means that using tools such as 'Diagnostic Services' should be used appropriately and safely for their own purpose, as well as providing 'Oil Change Services' and 'Auto Detailing'. (5) Parts and Accessories can be sold and earn the business extra bonuses if done so, with the products displayed directly to the consumer. (6) Customer service should be around providing the information about services, and assisting with scheduling appointments.
