This contract is applied to the businesses who are in need of a general contract called "Form B-300". This form applies specifically only when dealing with a B Permit and falls under the section "The Survival Stage", which specifically states: "If the business passed the 'Survival Stage', they would have to sign a contract.". Under federal regulations, in order for a business to continue with the processes, they are required to sign a contract. Depending on the type of business and the objectives they have, the contract can be very different to each corporation.

'Survival Stage' is considered as one of the most important aspects in the B Permit, for a corporation to complete. If not done properly, or followed by its contract, it can risk every aspect of both parties: The business and the state. Therefor, different requirements are set within the paperwork in order to make it acceptable. Each contract expires once the applicant has finished this stage.

For Fast Food Establishments:
You should decide what you want to complete immediately if your business is a fast-food establishment. Your business is considered a fast-food establishment when it provides a quick service - has less than 10 table services in the establishments. Customers can still order at the counter, and food can either be served at the counter or brought to the table. A standardized menu - should have: A standardized menu with a limited range of items, including popular and familiar choices that can be prepared quickly. Prepared in advanced - The establishment is called fast-food for a reason -  food should sometimes be pre-prepared or pre-cooked to reduce the waiting times, allowing for quick assembly and being served once the order is placed. Available Drive-Through Service - Common and useful feature should be provide the service of a drive-through, allowing customers to place and receive their orders without leaving the vehicles. A good unform design and branding: Fast-foods chains are required to have a consistent uniform design, along with their recognizable brand. A good affordability - Having  prices that people consider affordable and being able to change them accordingly, this means that the place is considered accessible to a wide range of customers.

For Restaurant Establishments:

A restaurant is separately from a fast-food establishment. A restaurant is classified under the following conditions, they are require to have a physical location where prepared meals and beverages are directly served to the customers for on-site consumption or to 'take-away': (1) This would be your primary objective, to serve offer food and beverages services. Preparing meals, snacks, or drinks for customers. (2) Restaurants often have a designed space or area for consumers to sit and enjoy their meals, therefor this is a requirement: You should have at least more than 10 table services in the physical location. (3) The menu selection is very important for this type of establishment to have available, it lists the available food and drinks options. Menu may include appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages. (4) An ordering process, which will be asked to describe to the ToL, is required in Restaurant Establishments, customers should be able to place orders for the items they wish to consume. This can be done through servers, at a counter, or in some cases, through digital ordering systems. (5) Depending on the type of service you want to offer, restaurants usually have waitstaff or service personnel: Present to take orders, deliver food to tables, and provide customer service. (6) Culinary Preparation is very important, chefs and kitchen staff should be clearly informed of where the preparation areas are located, they would perform and cook meals according to the menu. (7) They should be diversity, or a type of specific sign that identifies that business to be unique from others. This includes being specialized in a specific type of cuisine or to offer a diverse range of dishes, examples include: Italian, Mexican, Chinese, or fine dining establishments. This is also connected to section '8' in this type of establishment. (8) An atmosphere and Ambiance: The ambiance and decor of a restaurant contribute to its identity. Examples are: Restaurants focusing on casual dining, while others can have a more formal or themed atmosphere. Section 8 is required to be in a physical building, along with '7' section.

For Retail Store Establishments:

You are required to follow the regulations set for these types of establishments. A retail store establishment falls under being able to sell goods or services directly to the customer, to where they can buy their own products or services for personal use. Due to coming in various sizes, formats, and specialties, and catering to different consumer needs, we require to set regulations to this establishment type. You should be able to have a product display, whether I'll be physical, technological-use, or a automation display. Have a designated POS system, or a "point-of-sale system", which falls under having a designated area or system to process transactions, equipped with cash registers. Customer Interaction - It is obligatory for employees to interact with customers in any way possible, they often do to provide service, assistance, and a hand-on experience with the product. For Hotels and Accommodations Establishments:

A 'Hotel and Accommodations Establishments' is used as a physical location to offer lodging or accommodations for temporary residence services to travelers and guests. (1) The primary function of these establishments is to provide that temporary period for its guests. This includes overnight stays, short-term visits, or extended stays, therefor, this primary function is required to be seen. (2)  Guest Rooms or Units, hotels typically have guest rooms or units equipped with beds, furnishings, and amenities for the conform of each guests. The number and type of room may vary, including standard rooms, suits, and specialty accommodations. This is another requirement that has to be seen in these establishments. (3) A reservation system should be seen in the physical building, offering guests to book rooms in advance, this includes reservations being made thorough various channels, including online platforms, phone calls, or in-person. (4) Amenities and Facilities: Hotels may offer various amenities and facilities for guests, such as restaurants, bars, fitness centers, swimming pools, conference rooms, and business centers, which means that at least 1 of these locations have to be seen in a hotel. (5) Check-In and Check-Out Uses - If you are to provide this type of business, then a check-in and check-our service has to be made, where guests formally register upon arrival and settle their bills when departing. (7) Quality and Ratings for hotels - This is extremely important for hotels to gain, as they can receive extra bonuses if high ratings & quality is found. Hotels are often categorized based on quality and services, with star ratings indicating the level of amenities, service, and overall quality. This means that businesses who fall into these establishments are obligated to have a rating system for their hotel and accommodations or for their corporation.

For Entertainments Establishments:

An establishment is considered an entertainment place when it is a physical location designed to provide various forms of entertainment, leisure, and recreational activities for visitors. (1) The purpose of entertainments is to offer 'fun and relaxing' experiences. This falls under activities such as live performances, shows, movies, games, physical theaters and cinemas buildings, amusement parks, concert venues, gaming arcades, and other forms of amusement that you can think of, and that fall under the category of entertainments. It is a requirement to at least offer 1 form of entertainments from the list above. (2) The audience engagement plays a major role in these places: Designed to engage visitors, provide enjoyment, relaxation, or excitement. They offer cater to a diverse audience with different preferences in entertainment. (3) Venue Space: Entertainments places may have designed spaces or venues with a special license from the Federal Government, used to host performances, concert halls, arenas, amusement parks, and other specialized areas allowed by the license. (4) Admissions or tickets are important to have in these establishments, therefor gaining income. Visitors typically gain access to entertainment places by purchasing tickets or paying an admission fee. This fee is allowed to cover entry to specific shows, events, or attractions within the establishment, depending on the objective of the incorporation. (5) Also includes the following, these places have the right to schedule events, performances, or shows. These events may be recurring, seasonal, or special occasions. (6) Amenities are allowed to be displayed and offered in specials events, or souvenir shops, arcades, or recreational facilities.

For Gas Station and Convenience Stores Establishments:

An establishment is considered a gas station and convenience place when it is a physical location that provides fueling services for vehicles, along with convenience retail offerings. (1) Fueling Services are to be considered the primary function and therefor required to have in these establishments; offering fuel, such as gasoline or diesel, for vehicles is included too. Typically having fuel pumps where customers can fil up their tanks. (2) Adding to the primary function, the secondary function should be having a convenience retail sections, if you are offering 'Fueling Services'. These may include convenience stores or mini-marts offering a variety of products, such as snacks, beverages, basic groceries, and automotive supplies. (3) Some gas station offer additional additional services related to vehicles, such as car washes, air pumps for tires, and basic automotive maintenance supplies. (4) As this type of establishment, you are to accept mostly all types of payments, that fall under: Cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. (5) Many gas stations and convenience places operate 24 hours a day, providing accessibility for customers at any time, therefor, you are required to operate 24 hours a day. (6) Restrooms should be required in your facility. (7) Additional bonuses can be offered and the ability to partner and advertise with local company's are an option. Some gas stations feature attached or nearby restaurants or fast-food outlets, this can provide additional food and beverage options for customers, therefor the ability to receive better income.

For For Public Transportation Hubs Establishments:

An establishment is considered a public transportation hub when it serves as a central location where various modes of public transportation converge, providing connectivity between different transportation services. Public transportation hubs can offer different modes of transportation, such as buses, train, subways, trams, and sometimes even taxis or rideshare services. This also means that passengers can easily transition from one mode of transportation to another, this can include too well-designed transfer points, platforms, and terminals. It is a requirement to at least have one type of public transportation hub and a method of 'easier transition'. Mostly located in urban areas or region with high population density, as it serves a point for better use of these services. The only type of currency used in these establishments are tickets, you will be required to have a ticketing service and information centers where passengers can purchase ickets, inquire abotu schedules, and get assistance with their travel plans. You should also own a waiting area for the passengers. Amenities can also be displayed in form of restrooms, seating areas, shops, and food sevices to enhance the passenger experience. Real-Time Information Displays will give bonuses to these type of establishments. Examples can include: Bus Terminals, Train Stations, Subway Stations, and Transportation Centers.
