It can be confusing if you don't know what you are doing, but this is why we are here, to help. You can call the #welcome requirements as the 'Welcome Area', which is what we are referring to right now. It contains a basic format to follow but its process behind is complex, as well as the processes you have to complete, some requirements are the following: Provide your entire Discord name correctly, and give a reason of why you decided to join this country.
The last requirement falls into retyping the sentence attached to the format, stating that you want to follow with the procedures of the country, and that you know how to follow the rules, similarly to a legal signature, with mentioning the @Federal Government role, your request will remain there until a worker is available to receive your request and decide whether you are good to go or not.
Various procedures can be done in this 'area':
See if you have a basic profile that is considered not a threat and that is a 'SFW' category.
No rejection in your entry before and if had, then a period of 2 weeks have to go by.
The welcome area is open to the public (citizenship process is available).
After these steps being submitted, you are expected, like everyone else to finish the entire citizenship process within 2 months of your entry, or you will get denied for further processes in the future. You will get notified if you have finished with this step specifically.
If you have been rejected before: Do not worry, you can come and try later after 2 weeks have gone by. If you think it is a mistake, please ask if you can speak to a representative.
How to know if the 'Welcome Area' is open? The format will be located there with a tag that says "OPEN".
