Creating a State

The development of a state can be hard, and we are here to support new states being granted the rightt to become a fully legal functional state. In order to achieve that, you also require to develop a city and a capital, as well as already completing the citizenship steps. You require at least 3 cities, one to become the capitol in order to start with the state development.

BEFORE APPLYING make sure that you have the following ready:

• Have lived in this country for more than 3 weeks.

• Pass a general Hegismton knowledge test.

• Have all the legal documents in place.

  • They will require an ID and show proof of federal citizenship.

• Fill the form out with detail and exceptional grammar.

• Basic needs to found a state.

  • The applicant has filled out the names, idea, places, capitol, enough details, good grammar into the form.

  • Have the resources and economy stability to found such state. They should have more than $5000 in place and less than 2 charges in their person.

  • Some new things can be excluded if enough resources or another utility is present, that helps in such development.

  • A defined territory - Provide a description about the geographical features of the land in your state.

  • They should have a good setup of a local and state government.

  • Unique land - Your state should be original and not a copy of another one.

DURING THE DEVELOPMENT of the state, you require:

1. Basic survival needs of a human.

   1. Food and water - Has to be provided by businesses in which a human can obtain their needs when they need to.

   2. Shelter - A place that a human can feel a sense of “home”, security, and happiness. You should provide at least 3 shelters for the citizens.

   3. Sanitation and Hygiene - Proper sanitation and hygiene practice, this includes access to clean water and sanitation facilities, crucial for preventing the spread of diseases.

2. They should already have available or have a good idea of the following:

   1. Having infrastructure.

   2. Education and healthcare systems.

   3. Providing safety around the state.

   4. A state government.

3. They should describe the rights that people and that the federal government has separately.

   1. Inform them that the do not currently hold ultimate power over the state as federal control exists and federalism is a thing. Consequences can be allied for not following federal rules and the Hegismton constitution.

   2. Citizens have the right to vote, this is a federal law. Inform them that their citizens are encouraged to be active and that civic education is emphatized.

   3. Citizens should have the rights to national news, utilities, and services provided by the federal government. Links and guides should be done to help them provide that quick access.

4. You should maintain a level of a ‘good economy’ stability, and maintain a healthy environment. Otherwise their country could go to health and security violations. Citizens well-being is also empathized.

5. You should maintain a communication with the federal government to prevent any problems or conflicts in the country.

Other requirements:

1. Having at least 3 cities and 1 capitol (separately from the cities).

   1. Each city requires at least 1 building, and a road. The state also needs a city and a state jail/prison.
