Obtaining an ID

1 - The age you apply for can be difficult to be calculated. The Federal Government of Hegismton uses a unique method for determining an individual's age, or the "applicant's" age, based on your Discord account information and application details, with specific rules for handling invalid ages and a fallback process involving a Federal Specialized Member in certain situations. The specific text gathered from your Discord account is only the creation date of your account, it will fall under the "original age" used for your age in this country, this age will be combined with the "preference age" that the applicant desires to make your "actual age". This means that if the applicant's account creation date is '6/18/2020', the age of the applicant would be '3 years old'. If the age given through the application was their preferred age being '22 years old', considering the "original age" (3 years old), the actual age would result in '25 years old', due to being the total (combination). 

In a bigger aspect, the following was done:

  3 + 22 = 25
"Original age " "Preference age" "Actual age"

However in some cases, invalid outputs can be a result and would not be accepted into this country unless the age is above '13+ years', in this instance the lower age found would result in being doubled to help reach the appropriate age: If the applicant account creation date is '6/18/2018' and the age of the application given is '10', the creation date would be elected and it would result being doubled by its own number '5', resulting in 10, with the combination of the other number being '21'. Even if this does not reach the legal age of Hegismton, this following process would be applied: Either a Federal Specialized Member would select the most appropriate age based on the information displayed in the ID and other documents, informing you about which documents are needed, OR both numbers received would be doubled and combined to make your legal age valid. Please know that users over '75 years of age' are generally not allowed for registration.

In a bigger aspect, the following was done:

  5 + 10 = 15

Extra Information:

Minors cannot submit an application for ID themselves, no under than '18' can fill out ID applications. A parent or someone with a legal age authorized must fill out for the child. Users over '75' in registration are not allowed for registration.

Also know that the preference age cannot be a minor age selected, this means that ages below '13' cannot be selected. If it for some reason becomes selected, if that number is the lowest (if we consider the "original age" too), it would be doubled and combined with the original age. Note too that if your "original age" is too young, or considered a "toddler age" (2 years old or younger), it won't be allowed at all in this server UNLESS a Federal Specialized Member has the ability to select the most appropriate age.

If for some reason, you still do not reach the legal age after the two last processes done, you cannot apply for an ID until later.

Note that these descriptions were made under the year '2023'.

2 and 3 - Your current house and current job would be added to the ID if there is any available, if not, a ToL Staff will place "N/A" as an alternative for "non-employed applicants", this should not affect the applicant, but it is heavily recommended to set one up in order to receive future benefits. You should update the status anytime that you can by submitting an universal form indicating the reason of the desired update. Note that if for some reason the information given is invalid or does not fulfill the requirements, the applicant can lose the right of obtaining a government ID for 2 weeks. 

Note that this is not required by law. This is applied to every state that requires an ID. 2 and 3 are placed together due to the similar processes they follow, and because they are considered short.

4 - ID Registration Date will be set immediately with the date you submitted the universal form for your ID, followed by the ID Expiration Date, exactly 1 month after the Registration Date. Note that the ID Registration Date is the date you submitted in that form. A warning is issued every 2 days before the period ends, informing you that you should consider re-applying for another ID once again.

Ignoring this warning, and after the period ended before you could apply for an ID, legal consequences can be faced. This means that you need to apply before the Expiration Date is meet.

In general

Acknowledging the registration using any method given here means that you understand that the information would be kept safe with us and that it could be used for reasons of the registration being made, equally saying that avoiding the regulations set here and other parts given to you can have legal actions, such as: Your ID being affected, facing criminal charges, limitations towards interacting with other federal docs, and even the denial of participating in future ToL events. Please check that your name is correctly displayed on your card when received.
